N7 Armor

Image
At long last I am able to show some progress on this project that I am proud of. a friend of mine commissioned this suit of armor from me and he has been very patient while my life has taken some unexpected turns. it has been a ton of fun to research and experiment, but after starting and stopping and starting over and stopping and starting over again, I think I am finally headed in the right direction. I can't wait to get some more of this thing done because it is really starting to look cool.

Tiger Chase!

Here are the run cycles I did for the mobile game "The Tiger Chase". It was a fun little project to work on and I had a blast working with my friend Adam Harris. This was just messing around in Adobe Illustrator. I had a lot of fun taking myself and making a 2D representation of myself. it was fun to just experiment with shapes and color.

prop details

Below are a few selections from the "viking" series of weapons I did. These were a lot of fun to do!

Can I Ax You Something?

Image
This was part of the "viking" inspired series of prop weapons that I did. The ax head is made from craft foam and the handle is a dowel I had lying around. I used some stain and a little bit of leather and I made a pretty scary looking prop. Below is detail of the wood-burning design I did on the handle.

Stick Em Up!

This is one of the first prop projects I completed. It was a great learning experience for me and I was able to learn a lot. This Blaster was originally made for fun but it was used as a prop in a short student film!

Distrubing the Old Ones

I Started reading the Hellboy comics again this week. The art in those is some of my personal favorite. I absolutely love Mike Mignola's inks. His art style is what inspired this drawing. Recently I have been reading a bunch of short stories by H.P. Lovecraft and I am thinking about trying to make a comic book adapted from one of his stories. I think "The Thing on the Doorstep" would be a good place to start. But my dream would be to do "At the Mountains of Madness". Anyway, thanks as always for checking my stuff out! I hope you enjoyed it!
